A recent Pew Research Center report showed that Hispanics (and Asians) are more likely than whites or blacks to be stay-at-home mothers. Additional analysis shows that Hispanic immigrants (44%) are even more likely than U.S.-born Hispanic mothers (29%) to be home with their children–and to believe that a stay-at-home parent is best for children.
